Selina Li is the founder of Inner Pivot Leadership, a leadership coach and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
The unexpected loss of her father became an important turning point in her life, prompting deeper reflection on purpose, leadership and what truly matters. Her perspective is also shaped by migration,mental-health recovery, neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ family life and the ongoing work of understanding intergenerational trauma.
Together, these experiences deepen her commitment to leadership grounded in dignity, belonging, practical wisdom, cultural humility and shared humanity.
Selina brings 15 years of experience in the Australian Federal Government, including as a Senior Instructor at the Australian Border Force College. She holds master’s degrees in Coaching Psychology and Social Justice.
In 2025, Selina received an ICF Coaching Social Impact Awards Honourable Mention for expanding access to coaching and leadership development for people creating positive social impact.
